A pixie is a mythological creature that like every other myth has been used in many fantasy settings over the years. In traditional sources they are of Celtic origin, usually about the height of a finger. They can be nice, or bad, or just plain old mischievous. They are usually childlike, fond of dancing outdoors in groups and can resemble elves with their pointed ears and similar clothes. They are sometimes confused with fairies, but actually doing so in front of either a fairy or a pixie is a bad idea; hilariously, the two races are at odds or even at war on occasions! Yeah, seeing a bunch of pint size little fellas going at it won't scare you, so much as it would incline you towards placing bets on the winner.

Regarding the COV virus and its effects: Things are frustrating, and confusing, and scary. People dream up conspiracy theories to help make sense of things. They're not helpful, though, and only serve to make the world more confusing and scarier.
We're not going to have that here. And we swear to God, if anyone comes in here and starts spouting off QAnon bullshit about COVID or literally anything else, you are going to get permabanned so thoroughly that your grandchildren won't be allowed to post here. Take that winter transformation plus a bunch of cold themed powers and a couple of related feats and there you go! You know what makes everything better though? And what happened to my wings? And why am I a Frankenstein now? Some pixies I'd love to see in play:.

This book contains exciting new character builds and options that are thematically rooted to the Feywild, a wild and verdant plane of arcane splendor, full of dangerous and whimsical creatures. Characters who trace their origins or backgrounds to the Feywild gain access to unique feats, powers, and mechanics. The book explores what makes fey-themed characters so fun and distinct. Player's Option: Heroes of the Feywild does a superb job of tying characters into the primal power and untapped magic of the Feywild. This extraplanar wilderness of deep forests and jagged mountains is largely unexplored for a reason, being inhabited by fierce beasts, vicious fey, and primal giants. In Heroes of the Feywild , players gain options for embracing the Feywild and using the world's bright reflection as a source of power. The Feywild takes the role as the traditional land of faerie, full of strange magic; fey lords and ladies of incomparable power; and foul, twisted things that prey on children and the unwary alike.
Pixies were a race of sprites native to the Feywild. Pixies resembled tiny elves, with reports placing them variously at 2. Pixies had silvery, moth-like wings and preferred to wear brightly colored clothing. Pixies were mischievous sprites that enjoyed playing pranks on people. Such pranks included leading travelers astray and tricking misers into parting with their wealth.

The original adventure is expanded to take adventures into the Feywild and it also references Heroes of the Feywild Much as with the original adventure, this Season featured considerable roleplaying and puzzles, unlike most of the Encounters.
